Return Policy – Clara & June Canberra
1. Cancellation and Exchange
1.1 Once an order has been placed on our website, you may cancel or modify it by sending us an email at info.clarajunecanberra@gmail.com.
1.2 Once the order has been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified. In this case, the order must be handled in accordance with our return and exchange policy below.
1.3 As our products are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer and are beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the products and then contact us for a solution.
1.4 Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after dispatch. A refund before receiving the products is only possible within 15 minutes after placing the order.
2. Returns and Customer Satisfaction Policy
2.1 At Clara & June Canberra, we want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If something is not as expected, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
2.2 Because our products are shipped internationally and we aim to reduce unnecessary CO₂ emissions, we generally do not process full returns. Instead, we offer the following solutions to ensure your satisfaction:

Free Replacement: If your item does not fit or you received the wrong size, we will send you a new item completely free of charge, including shipping.

Partial Refund: If you are not fully satisfied with your product but wish to keep it, we can offer a 20 % refund of the purchase price as compensation.

Return with Refund: If you prefer to return the product for a refund, a shipping and handling fee of AUD $25 will apply. This fee covers international return processing and logistics.
2.3 These options allow us to minimize return shipping while ensuring that every customer is treated fairly and receives a satisfactory outcome.
2.4 Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect will always be replaced free of charge.
3. Steps to Request a Replacement, Partial Refund, or Return
